ENDING YOUTH HUNGER
For many children, the free meal they receive at school is the only reliable source of food for the day. Based on the frequency alone, the meals eaten at school have a huge impact on a child’s wellbeing. Being that our own story was sparked by nutrition insecurity, we are committed to tackling this issue by partnering with school districts and nonprofit organizations to provide nutritious, accessible and reliable meals to students, at and beyond school.
EMPOWERING YOUTH & COMMUNITY
We invest in strengthening communities by supporting after-school and summer programs for at-risk students, foster youth, family services, workforce development, and more. We partner with local nonprofits in the communities where our restaurants operate, offering grants and in-kind donations to fuel their mission.
TRANSFORMING FOOD SYSTEMS
Food is integral and intersectional with community wellbeing. We believe that food justice and equity must include the transformation of the existing inequitable systems at play. From individual neighborhoods to entire regions, we are committed to working with our partners to cultivate local food economies, ensure dignified access to healthy food, and pursuing ecosystem change.
ROUND UP PARTNER SPOTLIGHT
